ABOUT

Hi, I’m Annie Sowell. Here’s a little bit of my story:

It all started with a blog in college…

Well, maybe even a little earlier than that.

From a young age, I’ve always been a “creator.” Whether it was scribbling stories on scraps of paper or crafting “newspapers” for my family on printer paper, I’ve always found joy in expressing myself creatively.

In college, I set out to create a space of my own where I could explore that creativity in every way I wanted. I wrote blog posts, dabbled in photography, collaborated with amazing brands, and—most importantly—had fun doing it. These creative ventures led to some unbelievable experiences, collaborations with brands I would never have imagined, and knowledge that only comes through trial—and yes, error.

Today, my life looks a little different. As a wife and a mom to two little boys, homemaker, and marketer in the travel and hospitality space, my days are full and busy. But no matter how hectic things get, I always find happiness in creating.

Currently, my content centers mostly around motherhood, wellness, and fitness. Being a mom has been the greatest gift of my life, and I’m passionate about seeing fellow mothers embrace this beautiful journey while staying true to who they are and finding fulfillment in all areas of life. I seek to lead a healthy and active lifestyle through my diet, daily routines, and fitness habits. While I do my best to prioritize clean living, I’m also proudly human—addicted to Alani energy drinks and never one to turn down a Wendy’s cheeseburger. Perfection isn’t the goal—for me, it’s all about feeling good and taking care of my body the majority of the time.

This blog is a source of inspiration for women looking to tap into the things that make them feel most alive—whether it’s through creativity, talents, hobbies, passions, or anything else that fuels your heart. My hope is that this space encourages you to explore what brings you joy and fulfillment, and empowers you to embrace those passions with confidence, knowing that it’s never too late to rediscover what lights you up.
